Alexander McQueen brand offered an exclusive item for Fashion's Night Out. These ruby python double wrap cuffs with silver swarovski detail skull charms were created for FNO 2010. The bracelets are available in five different styles and can be found here. The site says a limited edition of only 300 bracelets were exclusively produced for Fashion Night Out. The $190 bracelets have not sold out yet.
